Pre-Construction Rental Agreements
As of May 1, 2024, Maple Avenue Suites is accepting rental applications for prospective tenants.
Even though Building 1 will not be complete and ready for occupancy until the late spring of 2025, several residents have chosen to secure their suites by completing an application and submitting a fully refundable depsit of $ 250.

The project will be constructed over three phases.
In the spring of 2024, Building One (at the north end of the site) will commence construction, which is expected to take just over one year to complete
Building Two will start in the summer of 2025, and Building Three in the summer of 2026
